　　在日益激烈的竞争中，资源的竞争尤为重要，校友资源是一所学校潜在的人力、财力与思想政治教育资源。本文试图从“资源”的角度、战略的眼光来探讨校友与思想政治教育模式创新的问题，文中对利用校友资源的现实意义、功能体系、“双赢条件”等进行了深入的分析，旨在通过各种途径充分发挥校友资源在思想政治教育中的特殊功效，增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

Competition over resources is of key importance in a growing competitive environment .Alumni are potential resources of human ,finance and ideological and political education for a school .This essay tries a strate-gic way to look at alumni as “resources” to start a creative model of ideological and political education .In the es-say ,practical significance of utilizing alumni resources ,the functional system of this utilization ,and“win-win situ-ations”are analyzed in depth .The main aim is to fulfill ,by all means ,the special function of alumni in ideological and political education so that ideological and political education can be more directive and effective .
