针对飞机制动用碳刹车材料力矩冲锋、系数波动较大等对系统的影响,本文从峰谷比η、冲峰时间TC、平均力矩MA等碳盘参数入手,采用初始加压IPP、刹车指令多级处理技术MPTB、五级偏压调节PPB等技术,重点以控制角度提高系统对碳盘的适应性,动力联试表明:相对传统刹车模式,新方法对不同厂家、不同工艺的刹车盘适应性更强、制动过程更加平稳。这对提高现役飞机制动的安全性和可靠性具有重要现实意义。

Aiming at torque assault and coefficient fluctuation influence aircraft braking system by using carbon brake, the IPP, MTPB and PPB are used to improve the brake material adaptability with the material characteristics, such as peak-to-valley ratio, the pea times T_C and average torque M_A. The angle was controlled to improved carbon brake adaptability. The dynamic inertia tests show that the way increases the adaptability of carbon brakes with different manufacturers and diverse processes and has more stable braking process, relative to the traditional brake mode. That has important practical significance to improve the safety and reliability of aircraft braking system.
