目的:分析PCNA,MMP-9在食管鳞癌中的表达,探讨其在食管鳞癌发生发展中的意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测PCNA,MMP-9在52例食管鳞癌和30例癌旁组织中的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果 PCNA,MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达率高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 PCNA的表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度,淋巴结转移有关;MMP-9的表达与食管鳞癌分化程度,肿瘤浸润程度,淋巴结转移及临床分期相关;PCNA和MMP-9表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织中PCNA,MMP-9的高表达参与了肿瘤的发生发展,联合检测有助于食管鳞癌恶性生物学行为的判断和病程的评估。

목적:분석PCNA,MMP-9재식관린암중적표체,탐토기재식관린암발생발전중적의의。방법응용면역조화방법검측PCNA,MMP-9재52례식관린암화30례암방조직중적표체정황,병결합림상병리자료진행분석。결과 PCNA,MMP-9단백재식관린암조직중적표체솔고우암방조직,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。 PCNA적표체여식관린암적분화정도,림파결전이유관;MMP-9적표체여식관린암분화정도,종류침윤정도,림파결전이급림상분기상관;PCNA화MMP-9표체정정상관(P<0.05)。결론식관린암조직중PCNA,MMP-9적고표체삼여료종류적발생발전,연합검측유조우식관린암악성생물학행위적판단화병정적평고。
Objective To study the expression of PCNA and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas and validate the significance in the tumorigenesis and progression .Methods The expression of PCNA and MMP-9 in 52 esophageal squa-mous cell carcinomas tissues and 30 adjacent non-neoplastic tissus were detected with immunohistochemical maxvision method , and the results were analyzed combined with clinical pathologic data .Results The positive rate of PCNA and MMP-9 in e-sophageal squamous cell carcinomas tissues were higher than that in adjacent non -neoplastic tissus(P<0.05).The expression of PCNA was correlated with differentiation of tumor and lymphnode metastasis .The expression of MMP-9 was correlated with differentiation of tumor,lymphnode metastasis,depth of invasion and clinical TNM types .In addition,there was a positive corre-lation between the expression of PCNA and MMP-9(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of PCNA and MMP-9 in e-sophageal squamous cell carcinomas may play a crucial role in the tumorigenesis and progression .Combined detection may con-tribute to evaluation of the malignant biological behaviour and prognosis .
