目的:探讨免疫色谱法(半定量)检测人血浆降钙素原在临床的应用价值。方法对我院2012年5月-2013年5月临床送检的173例血液标本的检验结果及其临床情况进行回顾性分析。结果共检测173例标本,其中有76例(43.9%)标本检验结果≥0.5μg/L;临床诊断为肺部感染的病例阳性率为45.5%(≥0.5μg/L);未提供明确诊断的来源于呼吸内科的病例阳性率为48.5%;临床诊断为感染性发热的病例100%为阳性;短期内重复检测有动态变化的占58.8%。结论半定量免疫色谱法检测人血浆降钙素原的敏感性、特异性基本可以满足临床对相关感染性疾病的诊断和动态监测的需求。

Objective To explore the value of immunochromatography ( half-quantitative ) detection of plasma procalcito-nin in clinical application .Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted concerning the test results and clinical conditions of 173 cases of blood specimens collected from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital .Results Out of the 173 cases of speci-mens,76 (43.9%) indicated the inspection results as≥0.5μg/L.The positive rate of those who were clinically diagnosed as lung infection was 45.5%(≥0.5 μg/L).The cases from respiratory medicine department that were not definitely diagnosed presented a positive rate of 48.5%;All the cases clinically diagnosed as infectious fever demonstrated a positive rate of 100%. Repeated short term detection reflected a dynamic change , which accounted for 58.8%.Conclusion Immunochromatography ( half-quantitative ) detection of plasma procalcitonin is characteristic of high sensitivity and specificity which can basically meet the demand of disease diagnosis and dynamic detection of related clinical infectious diseases .
