随着各地基础建设不断增加,自卸车近年来一直保持较高产量,但目前我国的自卸车生产技术仍然处于较低水平,主要表现在材料、结构、工艺、技术含量、耐久性、舒适性乃至安全性等方面。文章从设计角度和理论方面对自卸车副车架结构进行了分析和探讨。自卸车副车架是自卸车的关键总成件,除了要固定液压系统外,还要承担重载和路面产生的动载荷。

With the increase of infrastructure around China, the production of dump truck keeps at a comparatively high lev-el in recent years, but the dump truck technology is still in a low level, manifested chiefly by material, structure, craft, technol-ogy content, durability, comfort and safety, etc. In this paper, the structural design of auxiliary frame which’s demand is in-creasing gradually were analyzed and discussed on the aspects of design theory and theme. Auxiliary frame is the key assembly of dump truck. Except fixing the hydraulic system, it also undertakes the dynamic load induced by the overload and road sur-face.
