Indium, Tin oxide, Indium Tin Oxides is an indispensable and irreplaceable in today’ s electronic information industry key material, ITO target materials made of it can through high-tech means in the glass, ceramic, plastic, or metal sur-face formed on the conductive, filtering and resistance to chemical corrosion characteristics of transparent film. Indium by technology improvement are summarized in this paper to improve the purity of indium, and high purity indium development application.
