为了快速获得健康的葱兰幼苗,通过优化离体培养条件,建立葱兰高效的离体再生体系。利用葱兰叶片、鳞叶和顶芽作为外植体进行了愈伤组织和植株再生体系研究。结果表明,顶芽为最适外植体;丛生芽诱导和增殖的最适培养基为MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,其次是MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L,生根率为100%,为葱兰的工厂化生产提供技术参考。
為瞭快速穫得健康的蔥蘭幼苗,通過優化離體培養條件,建立蔥蘭高效的離體再生體繫。利用蔥蘭葉片、鱗葉和頂芽作為外植體進行瞭愈傷組織和植株再生體繫研究。結果錶明,頂芽為最適外植體;叢生芽誘導和增殖的最適培養基為MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,其次是MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根培養基為1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L,生根率為100%,為蔥蘭的工廠化生產提供技術參攷。
위료쾌속획득건강적총란유묘,통과우화리체배양조건,건립총란고효적리체재생체계。이용총란협편、린협화정아작위외식체진행료유상조직화식주재생체계연구。결과표명,정아위최괄외식체;총생아유도화증식적최괄배양기위MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,기차시MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;생근배양기위1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L,생근솔위100%,위총란적공엄화생산제공기술삼고。
The study aimed to establishment of regeneration system and getting healthy plantlet through optimizing in vitro culture condition. The regeneration system of Zephyranthes candida was established in this paper by using leaves, scale leaves and terminal bud as explants in vitro culture. The results showed that terminal bud was optimum explants for induction. The optimum medium for induction and proliferation of rosette buds was MS+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, followed by MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L. The rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L, the rooting rate reached 100%. The system proved a technological foundation for industrialized production of Zephyranthes candida.
