通过对安徽省6名高校安全保卫人员进行个别访谈，调查研究高校安全保卫人员工作压力现状及形成因素。研究发现：高校安全保卫人员普遍存在较大工作压力，其中职业认同、工作负荷、职业发展、经济压力等是形成其工作压力的主要影响因素。

Through individual interviews with 6 college security workers in Anhui Province, this paper investigated and studied the current situation of college security staffs' work pressure and the causes of its formation. The research found that college secu-rity staffs generally have heavy work pressure, and career identi-ty, workload, career development and economic pressure are the main factors influencing the formation of their work pressure.
