采用成分满足API 5CT要求的Φ178 mm规格管坯,对管坯加热和定径成型工序进行过程控制,在ARE轧管机组上通过控制轧制代替正火工艺开发生产了N80-1钢管产品。检测表明,产品组织为均匀细小的铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度8级以上;抗拉强度781~819 MPa,屈服强度615~660 MPa,伸长率26%~29%;壁厚方向的硬度极差24.5 HV,周向18 HB,纵向23 HB,计算过程能力指数为1.638;钢管整体性能均匀,过程能力充足。

The thesis introduces the development of N80-1 steel tube with 178 mm diameter billets, which meets the requirements of specification of API 5CT. With the process controlling of billets’heating and dimension forming, this steel tube was manufactured by controlled rolling process instead of normalized in the ARE tube-rolling mill. The results showed that the microstructure of the product is ferrite and pearlite, which particle is homogeneous and fine with a degree higher than 8;the tensile strength is between 781 and 819 MPa, the yield strength is between 615 and 660 MPa, the elongation is between 26%and 29%;the extreme difference of hardness is 24.5 HV on wall thickness direction, 18 HB on circumferential direction and 23 HB on longitudinal direction; the calculated processing capability indices are 1.638. The performances of the whole tube are homogeneity and the processing ability is sufficient.
