为明确不同有机肥、不同梯度施用量对荚果蕨幼苗生长的影响,为荚果蕨大面积引种栽培推广进一步提供理论依据,在人工控制水量条件下,采用不同梯度的有机肥施用量分别对1年生荚果蕨幼苗进行栽培处理,研究荚果蕨幼苗对不同施肥处理的反应及光合特性变化特征。结果表明:腐熟猪粪肥(Ta组)、腐熟牛粪肥(Tb组)、腐熟鸡粪肥(Tc组)对荚果蕨幼苗生长及地上部分生物量积累的影响差异显著,肥效大小规律表现为:Ta组>Tb组>Tc组>CK,3种有机肥均在2000 kg/hm2的施用量上对荚果蕨地上部分生物量积累的有利影响达到峰值,以地上部分干重为例:Ta4、Tb4、Tc4分别比CK组高出140.27%、84.16%和45.80%,同时测得的光合特性与生物量积累之间表现出极显著相关。合理使用有机肥将对荚果蕨生长及生物量积累产生积极作用,腐熟猪粪肥表现最优,且在2000 kg/hm2施肥量时达到峰值。

In order to identify the effects on the growth of Matteuccia struthiopteris seedling by the different source of organic manure and the different gradient fertilizer treatment, and provide theoretical basis for large area cultivation of Matteuccia struthiopteris, the cultivated treatment used 1 year old Matteuccia struthiopteris seedling was conducted in the different gradient organic manure and the artificial control of water conditions, study on seedlings to different organic manure, different gradient fertilizer treatment reaction mechanisms and the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of Matteuccia struthiopteris. The results showed that the growth of seedlings and the biomass accumulation of Matteuccia struthiopteris aboveground part were affected by the three different sources of organic manure, the effect of manure sort order is Composting of pig manure(Ta)>Composting of cow manure(Tb)>Composting of chicken manure (Tc)>CK. For different applying organic manure, when the application of organic manure was 2000 kg/hm2, the biomass of Matteuccia aboveground part layer was the highest. Compared with the CK, the aboveground dry weight were increased by 140.27%, 84.16% , and 45.80% , meantime the results showed that extremely significant correlation between photosynthetic characteristics and biomass accumulation. The rational use of organic fertilizer had positive effects on growth and biomass accumulation of Matteuccia struthiopteris, composted pig manure was the best, and reached the peak at 2000 kg/hm2 fertilization amount.
