通过对比果胶酶处理前后浆料的打浆度、动态滤水时间、Zeta电位、细小纤维含量、细小组分留着率、成纸物理强度等纸浆的性能指标,研究了果胶酶处理BCTMP对湿部化学的影响。并优化出果胶酶处理B CTMP的最佳工艺条件:酶用量11IU/ml绝干浆、浆浓1.0%、初始pH值4.5、温度45℃、处理时间60m in,可以获得最佳的助滤助留效果。这表明果胶酶对BCTMP的处理有利于改善纸浆的湿部化学环境,提高纸浆滤水和助留性能。

The effect of pectinases, which were used to treat BCTMP, on wet end chemical, was studied by comparing beating degrees, the dynamic drainage time, the Zeta potential tester, fines content, the pulp drainage proportion and the physical strength of the paper etc. in this article. Conditions relatively suitable for BCTMP treated by pectinases were the dosage of pectinases 1000ppm/g dry pulp, the pulp consistency 1.0%, the beginning pH value 4.5, the temperature 45℃ and time 60min. It was indicated that the wet end chemical environment was helpful for retention and drainage by pectinases treatment.
