目的：评价超声雾化吸入治疗小儿急性肺炎的护理效果。方法以行超声雾化吸入治疗的小儿患儿25例为研究对象，给予护理措施，研究护理效果。结果本组25例患儿经过超声雾化吸入治疗和精心的护理后，治愈15例，有效9例，无效1例，总的治疗有效率为96．0％。结论在小儿急性肺炎超声雾化吸入治疗中给予有效的护理措施能有效提高治疗效果。
목적：평개초성무화흡입치료소인급성폐염적호리효과。방법이행초성무화흡입치료적소인환인25례위연구대상，급여호리조시，연구호리효과。결과본조25례환인경과초성무화흡입치료화정심적호리후，치유15례，유효9례，무효1례，총적치료유효솔위96．0％。결론재소인급성폐염초성무화흡입치료중급여유효적호리조시능유효제고치료효과。
Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy in children with acute pneumonia.Methods the ultra-sonic aerosol inhalation in treatment of 25 cases of pediatric patients as the research object,given nursing measures,effect of nursing.Results 25 cases after ul-trasonic atomization inhalation treatment and careful nursing,15 cases were cured,9 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of the treatment was 96%.Conclusion in children with acute pneumonia inhalation therapy to give effective nursing measures can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
