离子液体具有很的强稳定性和良好的溶解能力,能直接溶解纤维素。甘蔗渣中含有丰富的纤维素,但未经处理的蔗渣在离子液(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐)中难以溶解。为了缩短了蔗渣纤维素在离子液体中的溶解时间,采用质量分数3%的硝酸和质量分数1.5%的氢氧化钠溶液预处理的方法,脱除蔗渣中的半纤维素和木质素等杂质,使纤维素的含量达到93.53%,从而促进蔗渣在离子液体中的溶解,使溶解时间缩短了5.88倍。再通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等方式表征预处理后蔗渣纤维素结构的变化,探讨纤维素含量和结构的变化对溶解速率的影响。

The ionic liquid has strong stability and excellent solubility to cellulose. Although bagasse is abundant in cellulose, the dissolution of bagasse without any pretreatment in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride is very hard. In this study,we introduced a pretreatment method with mass fraction of 3% nitric acid and 1.5%NaOH pretreatment to remove hemicellulose and lignin. After pretreatment, the content of cellulose was 93.53%, and dissolution time reduced 5.88 times compared with the one without pretreatment. Moreover, the composition and structure of pretreated bagasse cellulose were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope, and these changes on the effect of dissolution time was also analyzed.
