Aspiorhynchus laticeps%paraffin sections%exploring method
为探讨新疆扁吻鱼石蜡切片的制作方法,观察新疆扁吻鱼的基本组织结构,总结切片制作过程中出现的问题,分析问题产生的原因和解决办法。利用组织学石蜡切片技术和苏木精-伊红染色技术,用电子显微镜观察扁吻鱼各个组织结构。结果显示:新疆扁吻鱼的鳃丝由两排鳃片组成,每根鳃丝的两侧又着生许多细小的鳃小片,染色后可看见出鳃动脉和入鳃动脉,扁吻鱼的肌肉切片要比鳃切片更清晰,可看见肌纤丝和结缔组织间隙毛细血管的存在,扁吻鱼的肝脏细胞较大、核仁大而明显、细胞排列紧密,本实验对新疆扁吻鱼的鳃、肌肉和肝脏的显微结构有了初步的认识,为新疆扁吻鱼的研究提供了切实可靠的组织学参考依据。
為探討新疆扁吻魚石蠟切片的製作方法,觀察新疆扁吻魚的基本組織結構,總結切片製作過程中齣現的問題,分析問題產生的原因和解決辦法。利用組織學石蠟切片技術和囌木精-伊紅染色技術,用電子顯微鏡觀察扁吻魚各箇組織結構。結果顯示:新疆扁吻魚的鰓絲由兩排鰓片組成,每根鰓絲的兩側又著生許多細小的鰓小片,染色後可看見齣鰓動脈和入鰓動脈,扁吻魚的肌肉切片要比鰓切片更清晰,可看見肌纖絲和結締組織間隙毛細血管的存在,扁吻魚的肝髒細胞較大、覈仁大而明顯、細胞排列緊密,本實驗對新疆扁吻魚的鰓、肌肉和肝髒的顯微結構有瞭初步的認識,為新疆扁吻魚的研究提供瞭切實可靠的組織學參攷依據。

In order to investigate the method of making Aspiorhynchus laticeps paraffin section, understanding its basic structure and summarizing the problems in the production of paraffin section, analyzed the reasons and solutions. It was a good way for using the technique of histological paraffin sectioning and Hematoxylin-eosin staining to observe the organizational structure of Aspiorhynchus laticeps. The results showed that there were two rows of gill lamellae, each side with a lot of small gill lamella, each gill filaments have small gill lamellae, afferent branchial artery and efferent branchial artery were visible after staining, the muscle slice was more clearly than gills slice of Aspiorhynchus laticeps. The presence of capillary was clear between the muscle fibrils and connective tissue of Aspiorhynchus laticeps. The nucleoli of liver cells was larger than the other nucleoli, all of the cell was closely packed. From the experiment we could got a preliminary understanding about the gill, muscle and liver of Aspiorhynchus laticeps, it was provided a reliable histological basis data for the research of Aspiorhynchus laticeps.
