为了明确人工堆肥与落叶堆中微生物及环境特征的差异,以亚热带气候下的桂东地区腐熟人工堆肥、发酵中期人工堆肥和落叶堆作为研究对象,比较样本的温度、pH、小型动物和细菌等的差异,为建立适合当地的高效简易堆肥方法提供理论基础。结果表明:人工堆肥的温度在中期为50~60℃左右,末期基本和落叶土壤的温度一样,接近常温;人工堆肥末期的pH在8.0~8.2之间,呈弱碱性,不成熟堆肥即处于中期的人工堆肥pH在5.5~6.0之间,呈弱酸性,落叶土壤的pH在6.5~7.5之间,呈中性;人工堆肥所含小型动物在中期基本全被杀死,在末期则比较丰富,多于落叶土壤;末期人工堆肥的细菌为8.53×108 cfu/g,中期人工堆肥的细菌为4.6×108 cfu/g,落叶堆的细菌为1.82×108 cfu/g,即堆肥细菌要比落叶堆的多。由此得出,不同土壤条件下微生物特征受人为活动影响显著。
為瞭明確人工堆肥與落葉堆中微生物及環境特徵的差異,以亞熱帶氣候下的桂東地區腐熟人工堆肥、髮酵中期人工堆肥和落葉堆作為研究對象,比較樣本的溫度、pH、小型動物和細菌等的差異,為建立適閤噹地的高效簡易堆肥方法提供理論基礎。結果錶明:人工堆肥的溫度在中期為50~60℃左右,末期基本和落葉土壤的溫度一樣,接近常溫;人工堆肥末期的pH在8.0~8.2之間,呈弱堿性,不成熟堆肥即處于中期的人工堆肥pH在5.5~6.0之間,呈弱痠性,落葉土壤的pH在6.5~7.5之間,呈中性;人工堆肥所含小型動物在中期基本全被殺死,在末期則比較豐富,多于落葉土壤;末期人工堆肥的細菌為8.53×108 cfu/g,中期人工堆肥的細菌為4.6×108 cfu/g,落葉堆的細菌為1.82×108 cfu/g,即堆肥細菌要比落葉堆的多。由此得齣,不同土壤條件下微生物特徵受人為活動影響顯著。

To provide basic data for application of local compost, we study the different of microorganism and conditions between the compost and natural leaf’s litters. We analyzed the sample temperature, pH value and small animal and bacterial diversity. The results showed that, artificial compost temperature in the medium was 50-60℃ , stage of basic and leaves the soil temperature, closed to ambient temperature; artificial compost end-stage pH value in 8.0-8.2, which was weakly alkaline, not mature compost was in metaphase artificial compost at pH 5.5-6.0, a weak acid, leaves the pH value of soil in 6.5-7.5, a neutral; artificial compost contained in the medium of insects were killed, in the end was more rich, more than deciduous soil; stage artificial compost bacteria was 8.53×108 cfu/g, metaphase artificial compost bacteria was 4.6×108 cfu/g, leaf litter of bacteria was 1.82×108 cfu/g. There were different kinds of soil microbial characteristics significantly affected by human activity.
