教育是立国之本。随着我国当前经济的不断发展，教育事业也得到了各方的广泛重视。在众多学科中，政治学科在教学方面也亟待革新，加之当前我国正处于信息化时代，多媒体在政治教学中发挥着越来越不可替代的作用。本文主要论述的是当前政治教学中对多媒体的应用情况以及需要注意的地方，并且指出了多媒体应用政治教学中的一些作用，以期日后的政治教学能更好的与多媒体结合，来提高政治课堂的教学质量。

Education is the foundation of our country. With the continuous development of China's current economic, education has also been widely attention of all parties. In many disciplines, political science also need innovation in teaching, coupled with China is in the information age, more and more multimedia plays an irreplaceable role in the political teaching. This paper discusses the current political teaching of multimedia applications as well as areas that need attention, and pointed out the teaching of multimedia applications, some political role in the political education of the future can be better combined with multimedia, to improve the political class quality of teaching.
