目的：评价补中益气丸合麻黄颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型儿童原发性夜间遗尿症（PNE）的疗效。方法将93例患儿随机分为两组，对照组41例进行单纯的干床训练，治疗组52例在进行干床训练基础上加用补中益气丸和睡前口服麻黄颗粒治疗，疗程为8周，治疗结束时判断两组患者治疗有效率和完全反应率，并比较治疗组治疗前后的功能性膀胱容量。结果治疗组总有效率为84.6%，对照组为46.3%；治疗组完全反应率为50%，对照组为19.5%。治疗前两组PNE患儿功能性膀胱容量不存在显著差异，但治疗后两组患儿功能性膀胱容量存在较大的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补中益气丸合麻黄颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型PNE有效，但远期疗效需进一步追踪和研究验证。
목적：평개보중익기환합마황과립치료폐비기허형인동원발성야간유뇨증（PNE）적료효。방법장93례환인수궤분위량조，대조조41례진행단순적간상훈련，치료조52례재진행간상훈련기출상가용보중익기환화수전구복마황과립치료，료정위8주，치료결속시판단량조환자치료유효솔화완전반응솔，병비교치료조치료전후적공능성방광용량。결과치료조총유효솔위84.6%，대조조위46.3%；치료조완전반응솔위50%，대조조위19.5%。치료전량조PNE환인공능성방광용량불존재현저차이，단치료후량조환인공능성방광용량존재교대적차이，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론보중익기환합마황과립치료폐비기허형PNE유효，단원기료효수진일보추종화연구험증。
Objective To evaluate Buzhongyiqi pil s Mahuang granules in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency in children with primary nocturnal enuresis(PNE)effect.Methods 93 cases were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in the control group were only dry bed training,52 cases in the treatment group were dry bed training plus treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pil s and bedtime oral ephedra granules,treatment for 8 weeks,at the end of treatment to determine two groups of patients effective rate and total reaction rate comparison of the treatment,and functional bladder capacity group before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 84.6% in the treatment group,46.3%in the control group;the treatment group the complete response rate was 50%,control group 19.5%.In two groups before treatment with PNE functional bladder capacity does not exist significant differences,but the two groups after treatment in children with functional bladder capacity there is a big difference,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Pil s Mahuang granules in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency PNE effective,but the long-term efficacy needs further tracking and research.
