目的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与胆固醇比上高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的值(COL/HDL-C)在糖尿病、心血管疾病中的作用。方法超敏C反应蛋白的测定采用胶乳免疫比浊法,总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的测定采用一步法和氧化酶法。结果 COL/HDL-C,hs-CRP在高血压组,急性心肌梗死组(AMI)和冠心病组(CAD)与健康对照组比较,均显著升高(P<0.01)。并且急性梗死组(AMI)显著高于冠心病(CAD)组(P<0.01),冠心病组(CAD)高于高血压组(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP浓度和糖尿病、心血管疾病及其病变程度明显相关,同时检测hs-CRP与TC/HDL-C能提高对糖尿病和心血管疾病的预测以及危险程度的评估。

목적초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)여담고순비상고밀도지단백담고순적치(COL/HDL-C)재당뇨병、심혈관질병중적작용。방법초민C반응단백적측정채용효유면역비탁법,총담고순、삼선감유、고밀도여저밀도지단백담고순적측정채용일보법화양화매법。결과 COL/HDL-C,hs-CRP재고혈압조,급성심기경사조(AMI)화관심병조(CAD)여건강대조조비교,균현저승고(P<0.01)。병차급성경사조(AMI)현저고우관심병(CAD)조(P<0.01),관심병조(CAD)고우고혈압조(P<0.05)。결론 hs-CRP농도화당뇨병、심혈관질병급기병변정도명현상관,동시검측hs-CRP여TC/HDL-C능제고대당뇨병화심혈관질병적예측이급위험정도적평고。
Objective?To investigate the role of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and ratio of total cholesterol to HDL-cholesterol (TC/HDL-C) in cardiovascular disease. Methods hs-CRP was determined by latex –enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C was determined by enzyme methods and homogeneous method. Results The level of hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C in patients were significantly higher than in the controls. The level of hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C in active myocardial infarction(AMI)was significantly higher than in the coronary artery disease(CAD). The level of hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C in CAD was significantly higher than in hypertension patient. Conclusions Hs-CRP was strongly associated with cardiovascular disease. It is the stronger risk assessment and predictor of diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular using both hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C ratio.
