为了扩大中国牛群体繁殖、超数排卵和胚胎移植在中国能得到有效利用来限制进口牛。试验通过对供体牛进行超数排卵,比较了不同品种、供体牛经产与否、不同营养水平、重复超排间隔时间、起针时间5个因素对供体超数排卵效果的影响。结果表明:不同品种之间大部分超排效果无显著影响(P>0.05);育成牛与经产牛的胚胎可利用率极显著差异(P<0.01);不同营养水平组的胚胎可利用率极显著差异(P<0.01);试验结果显示能使二次超排之间的间隔时间缩短为39天以内;第9~10天起针时间的超排效果最佳。本研究显示成体牛育成与否、营养水平高低、起针时间对供体牛超数排卵效果的影响极显著,而供体牛品种、重复超排次数对供体牛超数排卵效果不显著。

In order to expand the breeding flock of cattle in China, multiple ovulation and embryo transfer breeding programs were applied to the limited number of imported cattle. This study investigated the effects of superovulation from five different breeds, parity (nulliparous and multiparous), different nutrition levels, the interval time of repeated superovulation, the time of treatment on cattle superovulation. The results showed that four different breeds did not significantly affect the results of superovulation (P>0.05). Nulliparous for superovulation treatment were better multiparous (P<0.01). The group of different nutrition levels extremely affected the results of superovulation. The trial investigated the optimal interval time of repeated superovulation was 39 days. The superovulation treatment consisted of eight intramuscular injections with the first FSH treatment on day 9 or 10. There were significantly affection of parity (nulliparous and multiparous), different nutrition levels, the time of treatment superovulation on cattle superovulation, and the effects were not significant of different breeds, the interval time of repeated superovulation on cattle superovulation.
