通过对不同完全培养基的筛选,进而探寻能够提高桃‘豫农矮砧1号’萌芽率的初代培养基,为桃‘豫农矮砧1号’快繁体系的建立打下坚实的基础,以桃‘豫农矮砧1号’的茎段为外植体,进行离体培养中初代培养基的筛选,以MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度生长素IBA(3-吲哚丁酸)与细胞分裂素6-BA (6-苄基腺嘌呤)。结果表明:桃‘豫农矮砧1号’快繁体系中最佳初代培养基为 MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA,芽诱导率在 IBA 0.1~1.0 mg/L,6-BA 0.8~1.6 mg/L 的浓度范围内随激素浓度的上升而上升,并且以MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA的芽诱导率最高。

통과대불동완전배양기적사선,진이탐심능구제고도‘예농왜침1호’맹아솔적초대배양기,위도‘예농왜침1호’쾌번체계적건립타하견실적기출,이도‘예농왜침1호’적경단위외식체,진행리체배양중초대배양기적사선,이MS위기본배양기,부가불동농도생장소IBA(3-신타정산)여세포분렬소6-BA (6-변기선표령)。결과표명:도‘예농왜침1호’쾌번체계중최가초대배양기위 MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA,아유도솔재 IBA 0.1~1.0 mg/L,6-BA 0.8~1.6 mg/L 적농도범위내수격소농도적상승이상승,병차이MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA적아유도솔최고。
Explants of‘dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1’stem segments were cultured in vitro to select the most suitable initial culture. The MS was selected as the basic culture, plus different contents of IBA and 6-BA. By screening of different complete medium, and seeking the suitable initial culture which could improve germination rate of‘dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1’, to establish the basis for peach‘dwarf Yunong rootstock No.1’rapid propogation system. The results showed that: the most suitable initial culture in the fast reproduction system was MS + 1.6 mg/L 6-BA + 0.4 mg/L IBA, and the bud induction was rising with the increase of the contents of hormone in the scope with IBA 0.1-1.0 mg/L, 6-BA 0.8-1.6 mg/L. In a word, the most suitable medium for the bud induction of stem segments was MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.4 mg/L IBA.
