苹果的果实日灼是一种常见的生理病害,给生产造成了重大损失,为探索喷施外源抗氧化剂对降低日绕发生率的可行性。本试验研究了在高温胁强光迫下,以Vc、苯甲酸钠、半胱氨酸、维生素E、抗坏血酸+柠檬酸、抗坏血酸+6-BA处理,对苹果果皮组织抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性和维生素C含量的影响。试验结果表明:在所有处理中,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶APX的活性比对照均有显著提高,其中2种复配剂和Vc处理达到了极显著提高(P<0.01);超氧化物歧化酶的活性平均提高33%,Vc+CA,Vc和Cys处理有显著提高(P<0.05);维生素C含量平均提高13.8%,只有Vc+CA处理达到极显著水平(P<0.01),为21.9%。施用外源抗氧化剂后苹果果皮组织抗氧化能力均有提高,尤其是施用复合抗氧化剂效果更明显。

The sunscald is a common physiological disease for apple fruit, and can cause heavy losses to apple production. In order to evaluate the possibility of using exogenous antioxidants to reduce sunscald, in this paper, under high temperature and high light stress, 6 kinds of deals were asseted: Vc group, sodium benzoate group, Cys group, VE group, ascorbic acid + citric acid (CA) group, citric acid (CA) + 6-BA group, these exogenous antioxidants on the activity of ascorbate peroxidase (APX), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of vitamin c (Vc) in apple pericarp tissue were carried out in this paper. The results showed that: the activity of APX in all managements was improved than the control one (P<0.01), and in the Vc+CA group and Vc group, it were improved significantly (P<0.05); the activity of SOD was improved by 33% on average, it was improved markedly in Vc+CA, Vc and Cys management groups. The content of Vc was improved by 13.8% on average, it was improved significantly only in Vc and CA group by 21.9% (P<0.01). It showed that after implementation of antioxidant, the ability of total antioxygen capacity in apple pericarp tissue was improved, especially after using the application of compound antioxidant.
