　　目的总结早期妊娠（妊娠前十二周）卵黄囊直径以及其最终妊娠结局。方法对2012年1月至2012年4月在我院检查的孕周为孕6周至孕11周的187例妊娠囊内卵黄囊直径进行测量，并追踪其胚胎发育情况，总结早期妊娠应用超声测量卵黄囊直径的临床意义。结果152例胚胎发育情况佳，卵黄囊直径分别为（直径用d表示，单位mm）：1<d<=2共1例，2<d<=3共2例，3<d<=4共45例，4<d<=5共74例，5<d<=6共29例，6<d<=7共1例，7<d共0例；35例胚胎发育不良，卵黄囊直径分别为（直径用d表示，单位mm）：1<d<=2共0例，2<d<=3共2例，3<d<=4共3例，4<d<=5共1例，5<d<=6共1例，6<d<=7共7例，7<d共15例，另有6例超声检查未见卵黄囊。结论早期妊娠（妊娠前十二周）应用超声检查卵黄囊直径具有一定的临床价值。
　　목적총결조기임신（임신전십이주）란황낭직경이급기최종임신결국。방법대2012년1월지2012년4월재아원검사적잉주위잉6주지잉11주적187례임신낭내란황낭직경진행측량，병추종기배태발육정황，총결조기임신응용초성측량란황낭직경적림상의의。결과152례배태발육정황가，란황낭직경분별위（직경용d표시，단위mm）：1<d<=2공1례，2<d<=3공2례，3<d<=4공45례，4<d<=5공74례，5<d<=6공29례，6<d<=7공1례，7<d공0례；35례배태발육불량，란황낭직경분별위（직경용d표시，단위mm）：1<d<=2공0례，2<d<=3공2례，3<d<=4공3례，4<d<=5공1례，5<d<=6공1례，6<d<=7공7례，7<d공15례，령유6례초성검사미견란황낭。결론조기임신（임신전십이주）응용초성검사란황낭직경구유일정적림상개치。
Objective To summarize the diameter of the Yolk Sac in the early pregnancy(the first trimester) and the outcome of pregnancy. Methods To measure 187 cases of the Yolk sac’ diameters in the gestation of 6 -11 weeks from Jan, 2012 to April, 2012 in our hospital, and track their outcome. and summarize the clinical significance of Yolk Sac’s diameter in the First Trimester. Results There are 152 cases in the group of normal pregnancy, yolk sac diameter (diameter Referred to as d, the unit is mm) : 1<d<=2 one case,2<d<=3 two cases,3<d<=4 forty-five cases,4<d<=5 seventy-four cases,5<d<=6 twenty-nine cases,6<d<=7 one case,7<d zero case. There were 35cases in the group of unnormal pregnancy, yolk sac diameter (diameter Referred to as d, the unit is mm) : 1<d<=2 zero case,2<d<=3 two cases,3<d<=4 three cases,4<d<=5 one case, 5<d<=6 one case,6<d<=7 sevene cases,7<d fifteen cases, there were 6 cases did not see the yolk sac. Conclusion Diameter of the Yolk Sac in the early pregnancy is of some value in clinical.
