　　目的探讨深度水解蛋白配方奶配合早期微量喂养预防极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的疗效。方法随机将2011年1月至2012年1月本院新生儿科收治的极低出生体重儿60例分为深度水解蛋白配方奶组及标准早产儿配方奶组，观察2组患儿喂养后体格发育指标、喂养相关指标、合并疾病等方面的差异，进行统计学分析。结果深度水解蛋白配方奶配合早期微量喂养在极低出生体重儿的应用可以减少到达全肠道喂养的时间，并减少NEC的发生。结论深度水解蛋白配方奶配合早期微量喂养预防极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的疗效有明显的效果。

Objective To explore the depth of hydrolyzed protein formula with early trace feeding the prophylactic effect of very low birth weight infants with feeding intolerance. Methods: 2011 January to 2012 January were treated in our hospital neonatal department of very low birth weight infants 60 cases were divided into the depth of hydrolyzed protein formula milk group and the standard preterm formula milk group, the 2 groups were observed after feeding, feeding related indexes of physical development indexes, complications and other differences, statistical analysis. Results: the depth of hydrolyzed protein formula with early trace feeding in very low birth weight infants can reduce reaches ful enteral feeding time, and reduce the occurrence of NEC. Conclusion: the depth of hydrolyzed protein formula with early trace feeding the prophylactic effect of very low birth weight infants with feeding intolerance has obvious effect.
