目的研究精神科老年患者的主要临床特征。方法对我院2009年3月-2011年11月老年科出院患者病历258例进行分析比较。结果患者多为女性，以小学、中学文化程度居多；精神分裂症发病率逐年上升，器官性精神障碍逐年下降，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；合并躯体疾病呈现逐年上升趋势；多采用第2代抗精神病药物及抗抑郁药物治疗。结论老年患者用药安全是首要考虑因素，需考虑躯体疾病、精神科药物之间相互作用。对老年患者进行全面检查，及早发现及时治疗。

목적연구정신과노년환자적주요림상특정。방법대아원2009년3월-2011년11월노년과출원환자병력258례진행분석비교。결과환자다위녀성，이소학、중학문화정도거다；정신분렬증발병솔축년상승，기관성정신장애축년하강，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；합병구체질병정현축년상승추세；다채용제2대항정신병약물급항억욱약물치료。결론노년환자용약안전시수요고필인소，수고필구체질병、정신과약물지간상호작용。대노년환자진행전면검사，급조발현급시치료。
Objective: the main clinical characteristics of elderly patients with psychiatric research. Methods: in our hospital in 2009 March -2011 year in November Department of geriatric patients discharged from hospital records of 258 cases. Results: the patients are female, mostly to the primary school, secondary school education; schizophrenia incidence increased year by year, organ disorders decreased year by year, the difference was statisticaly significant ( P < 0.01 ); combined with somatic diseases showed an increasing trend year by year;the use of second generation antipsychotics and antidepressants. Conclusion: the safety of drug use in elderly patients is the primary consideration, need to consider between somatic disease, psychiatric drug interactions. To conduct a comprehensive inspection of elderly patients, early detection and timely treatment.
