　　手术室是医院的重要部门之一，是医院外科手术和抢救患者的重要场所，工作的重要环节是避免和减少手术时发生手术切口感染，术后切口感染是影响患者手术疗效及预后的常见并发症，与术中手术室空气质量、术中无菌操作、手术器械消毒密切相关，此外工作人员接触传染源的可能性大，常暴露于多种危险之中[1]，手术室实施标准预防具有重要意义。手术室感染已经成为一个重要的公共卫生问题，给我国医院卫生护理带来很大不便，通过有效的措施预防手术切口感染是患者顺利康复的关键。本文对手术室预防感染的措施进行综述。
