　　目的观察下咽癌的疗效及预后的影响因素。方法对本院2008年8月至2012年12月收治的50例下咽癌患者的分期、治疗方式及疗效等进行回顾性分析、生存分析及多因素分析。结果手术组与非手术组的3年及5年总生存率、3年及5年累积生存率等均有统计学差异。单因素分析结果显示病理类型、分期、治疗方式及近期疗效与患者预后有关，多因素分析显示治疗方式是影响预后的独立因素。结论下咽癌总体预后较差，早期患者手术与非手术预后相似，晚期则手术疗效较优。
　　목적관찰하인암적료효급예후적영향인소。방법대본원2008년8월지2012년12월수치적50례하인암환자적분기、치료방식급료효등진행회고성분석、생존분석급다인소분석。결과수술조여비수술조적3년급5년총생존솔、3년급5년루적생존솔등균유통계학차이。단인소분석결과현시병리류형、분기、치료방식급근기료효여환자예후유관，다인소분석현시치료방식시영향예후적독립인소。결론하인암총체예후교차，조기환자수술여비수술예후상사，만기칙수술료효교우。
Objective: To observe the influencing factors of curative effect and prognosis of hypopharyngeal cancer. Method: 50 cases of hypopharyngeal cancer in our hospital from 2008 August to 2012 December were treated staging and treatment methods and curative effect were retrospectively analyzed,survival analysis and multivariate. Results: the 3 years and 5 years overal survival rate and cumulative survival rate were significant difference. Single factor analysis showed that pathological type, N staging and treatment methods and curative effect and prognosis, multivariate analysis showed that treatment was an independent prognostic factor. Conclusion: hypopharyngeal cancer overal poor prognosis, patients with early operation and non operation similar prognosis, advanced operation effect is better.
