目的观察异体脱细胞真皮基质在口腔粘膜组织缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法收集中山市人民医院口腔科2011年1月至2012年6月异种脱细胞真皮基质修复口腔粘膜缺损的46例患者资料。术后随访和修复效果评估。结果术后随访5-21个月,平均13个月。46例患者中,1例腮腺恶性混合瘤患者,病灶大约4×5cm2,术后7-10天出现腮瘘,基质溶解,液化,坏死,修复失败。余45例患者的修复膜均未发生排斥反应,术后外观平整,无卷起及脱落,颜色与正常口腔粘膜相近,质地柔软,弹性良好,无明显疤痕形成。组织修复成功率97.8%。结论异种脱细胞真皮基质是一种理想的新型软组织修复生物材料,可明显促进创面的早期愈合及减少并发症的发生,且操作简单,来源较丰富,无额外创伤,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of alograft acelular dermal matrix (ADM) in the repair of oral mucosal defect. Methods Oral mucosal defects after oral operation (n= 46). Post-operative folow-up and the clinical effect was observed. Results From Jan?2011 to Jun?2012, 46 cases with oral mucosal tissue defects were treated with heterogeneous acelular dermalmatrix. Al patientswere folowed up for 5 to 21 months and assessed the fuction postoperatively. one failed, with the total success rate 97.8%.The repaired mucosa was smooth, tender and elastic, which was similar to the neighboring area. Conclusion Heterogeneous acelular dermal matrix is a valuable biomaterial for repairing oralmucosal defects through covering and protectingwound surface early, which shortens the healing time ofwound surface and decreases occurrence of production of scar.
