目的探讨在裸鼠动物模型中胰腺癌NGAL表达情况。方法人Mia PaCa-2和Capan-2胰腺癌细胞株培养，裸鼠皮下胰腺癌细胞注射成瘤后，将瘤块取出切碎后裸鼠胰腺原位移植建立裸鼠原位胰腺癌动物模型，于术后处死裸鼠，采用大体标本观察和病理切片HE染色的方法观察模型中肿瘤大小、转移情况和胰腺癌神经侵袭的情况。结果 NGAL 的阳性表达率在胰腺癌和正常组织中比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)； NGAL 表达与胰腺癌分化程度、病理类型、临床病理分型、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 NGAL可能在检测胰腺癌发生、进展、转移中具有一定作用。

목적탐토재라서동물모형중이선암NGAL표체정황。방법인Mia PaCa-2화Capan-2이선암세포주배양，라서피하이선암세포주사성류후，장류괴취출절쇄후라서이선원위이식건립라서원위이선암동물모형，우술후처사라서，채용대체표본관찰화병리절편HE염색적방법관찰모형중종류대소、전이정황화이선암신경침습적정황。결과 NGAL 적양성표체솔재이선암화정상조직중비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)； NGAL 표체여이선암분화정도、병리류형、림상병리분형、림파결전이밀절상관。결론 NGAL가능재검측이선암발생、진전、전이중구유일정작용。
Objective: To investigate the expression of neutrophilgelatinase associated lipocalin(NGAL) of orthotopic pancreatic cancer in a nude mouse model.Methods Human pancreatic cancer cel lines MIA PaCa-2 and Capan-2 were cultured and hypodermicaly injected into nude mice to set up an orthotopic animal model for pancreatic cancer.The mice were kiled postinjection, and specimens were studied using macroscopic methods.The tumor volume,metastasis and invasion in the animal model in pancreatic cancer were observed.Results The expression of positive rate of NGAL in pancreatic carcinoma and normal tissues, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);The expression of NGAL correlated with clinical pathological, differentiation of pancreatic cancer, pathological type,lymph node metastasis. Conclusion NGAL may play a role in the occurrence, progress,metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.
