　　目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对急性梗阻性尿外渗及肾周尿瘤的诊断价值。方法通过观察渗液回声、位置、大小及形态对19例急性梗阻性尿外渗及肾周尿瘤彩色多普勒超声图像分析，与IVP、CT、MRI检查对照。结果彩色多普勒超声对19例急性梗阻性尿外渗及肾周尿瘤明确诊断梗阻原因为输尿管结石，渗液位于肾上极1例，肾周包绕4例，肾下极14例，肾周尿瘤1例。IVP、CT、MRI有辅助诊断价值。结论彩色多普勒超声对急性梗阻性尿外渗及肾周尿瘤有较高诊断价值且明显优于其他影像学检查，可作为诊断首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging in Urinary Extravasation with acute urinary tract obstruction and Urinoma.Methods Analyzing the images of 19 cases of urinary extravasation with urinary tract obstruction and urinoma by observing the echo, location, size and sharp of extravasation.Meanwhile,compare the results with IVP,CT,MRI tests. Result The cause of obstruction for 19 cases was ureteral calculus definitely diagnosed by CDFI (exudation location: the upper pole of kidney 1 case, lower pole 14 cases, around kidney 4 cases and 1 case of urinoma.) IVP, CT, MRI showed the value of auxiliary diagnosis. Conclusion The high diagnostic value of CDFI in urinary extravasation with urinary tract obstruction and urinoma is proved and it is significantly better than other imaging examinations. Therefore, it can be utilized as a preferred diagnostic method.
