目的总结和探讨DIO°种植系统的临床疗效和临床体会。方法对58例牙列缺损（缺失）的患者采用DIO°种植系统，植入种植体95枚，2～3个月后行二期手术，完成种植修复，采用种植体成功标准进行1～3年的临床评价。结果失败2枚，成功93枚，成功率高达97.8%。结论 DIO°种植系统具有较好的种植修复效果，临床上仍应总结经验体会以提高其成功率。

목적총결화탐토DIO°충식계통적림상료효화림상체회。방법대58례아렬결손（결실）적환자채용DIO°충식계통，식입충식체95매，2～3개월후행이기수술，완성충식수복，채용충식체성공표준진행1～3년적림상평개。결과실패2매，성공93매，성공솔고체97.8%。결론 DIO°충식계통구유교호적충식수복효과，림상상잉응총결경험체회이제고기성공솔。
Objective To summarize and discuss the clinical efficacy and clinical experience of DIO° implant system. Methods 58 patients of dentition defect(edentulous) received 95 dental implants, using the DIO ° systerm,proceeding with the second stage operation after 2~3 months,completing the implant restoration,evaluating the clinical efficacy in 1~3years with success criteria. Results 2 implants failed,93 implants success,the success rate of up to 97.8%.Conclusions The DIO° implant system has a good effect of implant restoration, in order to improve its success rate,we should stil summarize clinical experiences.
