　　目的探讨子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产术后出血中的治疗作用。方法选择80例剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性出血患者，随机分为两组，每组40例，Ⅰ组采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗，Ⅱ组行双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎及宫腔填塞纱布。从手术时间、产后出血量、产褥病率及治疗效果等方面对比两组术式的临床疗效。结果Ⅰ组病例手术时间、产后出血量、产褥病率均低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)，两组患者无1例因血液循环不良或再出血而再次手术或子宫切除，无并发症发生，子宫复旧、月经复潮时间无异常。结论子宫背带式缝合术具有操作简单、止血迅速及安全易行等诸多优点，早应用可避免失血性休克、DIC、感染的发生，并能保留生育功能，是治疗剖宫产产后出血行之有效的外科止血方法。
　　목적탐토자궁배대식봉합술재치료부궁산술후출혈중적치료작용。방법선택80례부궁산술중궁축핍력성출혈환자，수궤분위량조，매조40례，Ⅰ조채용자궁배대식봉합술치료，Ⅱ조행쌍측자궁동맥상행지결찰급궁강전새사포。종수술시간、산후출혈량、산욕병솔급치료효과등방면대비량조술식적림상료효。결과Ⅰ조병례수술시간、산후출혈량、산욕병솔균저우Ⅱ조(P<0.05)，량조환자무1례인혈액순배불량혹재출혈이재차수술혹자궁절제，무병발증발생，자궁복구、월경복조시간무이상。결론자궁배대식봉합술구유조작간단、지혈신속급안전역행등제다우점，조응용가피면실혈성휴극、DIC、감염적발생，병능보류생육공능，시치료부궁산산후출혈행지유효적외과지혈방법。
