　　目的观察缬沙坦治疗前后老年高血压病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化；探讨缬沙坦对老年高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法150例老年高血压病2级患者和80例健康老年人进行hs-CRP测定。再将病例组随机分为A组和B组：A组给予缬沙坦(80mg，1次/d)治疗。B组给予氢氯噻嗪(12.5 mg，2次/d)治疗，监测两组患者血压均能控制在140/90mmHg以下，在给药前及给药3个月后进行hs-CRP测定。结果老年高血压病2级患者血清hs-CRP的含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。A组治疗后hs—CRP含量下降，并且下降程度高于B组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压病患者hs-CRP增高，缬沙坦可降低hs-CRP的含量。

Objective To investigate the changing levels of High-Senitivity C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP) before and after using Valsartan in patients with elderly hypertension in order to explore the effects of Valsartan on serum hs-CRP .Methods Hs-CRP contents of 150 patients with elderly hypertension 2 and 80 healthy elderly were detected. The 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (number=76)was given 80mg Valsartan every day; Group B(number=74) was given 12.5mg hydrochlorothiazide twice every day. Al the patients’ Blood pressure were wel controled under 140/90mmHg. After three months we detected the hs-CRP contents of each group again.ResultsThe serum levels of hs-CRP of patients with elderly hypertension 2 were higher than those in controls(P<0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP in post therapy patients of group A were decreased, and it were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe hs-CRP contents of patients with elderly hypertension were increased, and Valsartan could reduce it.
