　　医院面临的市场环境迎来巨大的变化，压缩成本的挑战和压力与日俱增。出色的物流管理是降低医院总体运营费用、形成医院竞争优势的主要因素。目前国内医院逐渐认识到物流管理在医院中的重要性，以期提高管理效率，降低运营成本，提高服务质量，推动医院业务发展。本文简述了医院物流管理的现状和存在的主要问题，并对医院物流的应用建设提出了几点方法和建议。

With the tremendous changing of the market environment, chalenges and pressure of compression of the cost that hospitals are facing is growing. Excelent logistics management is the main factor to reduce overal operating costs, form the competitive advantage of the hospital. The importance of logistics management has been realized by more and more domestic hospitals, which is to improve the efficiency of management, and promote hospital business development. The hospital logistics management of the current situation and existing problems are briefly described, and the application of hospital logistics is put forward with a sort of new method and recommendation.
