目的体外冲击波在双J管中应用。方法选用广东湛江海滨公司HB-ESWL-VD液电性碎石机对双J管滞留导致拔管困难进行体外冲击波后再拔管。结果19例患者中，16例成功拔出。结论放置双J管出现拔管失败时，可以首选体外冲击波，其操作简单、费用低、安全性较高。

Objective try to evaluate the application value of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in the patients with double Jureteral stents long—retention.Methods We try to withdrew the detained double Jureteral stents after doing ESWL by HB-ESWL-VD—hydraulic extraeorporeal lithotrite for19 patients.Result 16 patients were withdrawn stents successfuly. Conclusion Application of ESWL is easly, cheap, and safe, when patientits meet detained double Jureteral Stents, ESWL can be the first choice for doctor.
