目的比较不同桩核冠在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果。方法将行牙体修复的78例患者（85颗牙）随机分为A、B两组，每组各39例，其中A组患者采用铸造桩核修复，B组患者采用纤维桩核修复，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 A组患者牙体修复成功率为93.2%，B组患者牙体修复成功率为90.2%，两组患者牙体修复成功率之间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论两种桩核冠在牙体缺损修复中均具有较好的效果，应根据实际情况综合考虑，选择适当的修复方法。

목적비교불동장핵관재아체결손수복중적응용효과。방법장행아체수복적78례환자（85과아）수궤분위A、B량조，매조각39례，기중A조환자채용주조장핵수복，B조환자채용섬유장핵수복，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과 A조환자아체수복성공솔위93.2%，B조환자아체수복성공솔위90.2%，량조환자아체수복성공솔지간적차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론량충장핵관재아체결손수복중균구유교호적효과，응근거실제정황종합고필，선택괄당적수복방법。
objective To compare clinical application effect of different pile nuclear crown in the restoration of tooth defect. Methods 78 patients with teeth restored (85 teeth) were randomly divided into A, B groups, 39 cases in each group, patients in the A group were treated by cast post, patients in B group were treated by fiber post, compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results The restoration success rate of patients in A group was 93.2%, the restoration success rate of patients in B group was 90.2%, there was no significant differences between two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of pile nuclear crown al has good effect in restoration of tooth defect, according to the actual situation into account, select the appropriate repair method.
