目的:进一步规范护理带教方法,提高带教质量。方法将2011.6~2013.6在产科实习的42名学生设为实验组,2009.6~2011.6在产科实习的43名学生设为对照组,实验组实行目标教学法,对照组则实行传统的常规带教方法。结果两组学生理论知识掌握情况、操作技能掌握情况、护患沟通能力及对科室教学的满意度比较有明显差异。结论目标教学使学有目的教有依据,目标教学法优于普通带教法,可以取得教学双赢的效果。

Objective To further standardize the nursing teaching and to improve the education quality .Methods In the experimental group ,42 nursing students in obstetric department for practice from 2011.6 to 2013.6 received .Objective teaching strategy ;in the control group ,43 nursing students in obstetric department for practice from 2009.6 to 2011.6 received traditional teaching strategy .Results There are significant differences between the two groups in mastering the theoretical knowledge ,operating skills ,nurse-patient communication ability as well as the satisfaction to teaching .Conclusion Objective teaching guides the goal-directed learning and also enables the teaching to have basis ;superior to traditional nursing teaching ,the Objective teaching can achieve win-win for both learning and teaching .
