目的探究治疗重症手足口病并发脑炎患儿的护理方法和临床护理效果。方法选择我院在2010年10月至2011年10月间治疗的85例重症手足口病并脑炎患儿的临床资料，总结护理工作的效果。结果患儿在呼吸机使用时间、精神状态恢复、肢体震颤缓解、外周循环方面得到改善，治疗组的住院时间缩短。结论采用气道及并发症护理、高热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等临床护理手段相结合对患儿进行护理在治疗重症手足口病并脑炎中有很好的护理效果，适合基层医院推广应用。

Objective: To explore the nursing methods of patients with encephalitis in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease and clinical nursing effect. Methods: the clinical data of our hospital in 2010 October to 2011 October in the treatment of 85 cases of severe hand-foot-mouth disease and encephalitis, summarize the effect of nursing work. Results: the children with the time, mental state recovery, limb tremor in ventilator remission, peripheral circulation is improved in the treatment group, the hospitalization time shortened. Conclusion: the psychological nursing care, oral care, high fever, skin nursing, complication nursing clinical nursing methods combined with nursing care to good effect in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease and encephalitis, suitable for application in basic level hospital.
