目的探讨人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法选择本院2012年门诊确诊为慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管阻塞的患者24例(28只眼)，所有患者均行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗。结果术后随访6月，溢泪症状消除，冲洗泪道通畅者23眼(82.14%)，溢泪、冲洗泪道通畅者2眼(7.14%)，总有效率89.28%。结论人工鼻泪管植入术是治疗慢性泪囊炎与鼻泪管阻塞的有效方法。

목적탐토인공비루관식입술치료만성루낭염화비루관조새적료효。방법선택본원2012년문진학진위만성루낭염급비루관조새적환자24례(28지안)，소유환자균행인공비루관식입술치료。결과술후수방6월，일루증상소제，충세루도통창자23안(82.14%)，일루、충세루도통창자2안(7.14%)，총유효솔89.28%。결론인공비루관식입술시치료만성루낭염여비루관조새적유효방법。
Objective To investigate efficacy of artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation on the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 24 cases(28 eyes) were diagnosed as dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction in out-patient department 2012.Al of them were treated with artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation. Results Based on 6 months folow-up, epiphora removed in 23eyes(82.14%), epiphora but irrigation patency in2eyes(7.14%), The total effective rate was89.28%. Conclusion Artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation is an effective way to treat chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
