利用已知面积图形和菱叶绣线菊、毛茛叶报春、乌蔹莓3种植物叶检验了2种常用叶面积测量方法(剪纸称重法和图像像素法)的准确性和可重复性。对已知面积图形测量结果分析显示,2种方法准确性和可重复性均较好,测量相对误差均小于3%,但相比较而言,图像像素法测量的准确性明显好于剪纸称重法。比较2种方法对菱叶绣线菊、毛茛叶报春和乌蔹莓3种叶面积测量的结果,表明图像像素法测量的变异幅度明显小于剪纸称重法,2种方法的可比性随着被测叶面积的减小而降低,因而在小型叶面积的测量中建议使用图像像素法结果更可靠。
利用已知麵積圖形和蔆葉繡線菊、毛茛葉報春、烏蘞莓3種植物葉檢驗瞭2種常用葉麵積測量方法(剪紙稱重法和圖像像素法)的準確性和可重複性。對已知麵積圖形測量結果分析顯示,2種方法準確性和可重複性均較好,測量相對誤差均小于3%,但相比較而言,圖像像素法測量的準確性明顯好于剪紙稱重法。比較2種方法對蔆葉繡線菊、毛茛葉報春和烏蘞莓3種葉麵積測量的結果,錶明圖像像素法測量的變異幅度明顯小于剪紙稱重法,2種方法的可比性隨著被測葉麵積的減小而降低,因而在小型葉麵積的測量中建議使用圖像像素法結果更可靠。

Based on the measured results of the known area graphics and the leaves of Spiraea vanhouttei (Briot) Zabel., Primula ranunculoides Chen and Cayratia japonica (Thunb.) Gagn., the accuracy and repeatability of the two commonly used leaf area measurement methods (the paper-cut weighing method and the image pixels method) were tested. The analysis of two methods measured results of known area graphics indicated that the accuracy and repeatability of the two methods were good, and the relative error of both methods was less than 3%. But the accuracy and repeatability of the image pixels method were comparatively better than the paper-cut weighing method. Comparison two methods measured results of S. vanhouttei, P. ranunculoides and C. japonica revealed that the variation range of results measured by image pixels method were significantly less than that of paper-cut weighing method, and the comparability of the two methods measured results was decreased in smaller area leaves. Therefore, when in the measurement of leaves with small area, the image pixels method was recommended to use and the measured results will be more reliable.
