为确定高质量韭菜幼苗的施肥方案,试验采用饱和D-最优试验设计,研究氮、磷、钾对设施韭菜幼苗质量的影响,并在此基础上,建立以韭菜幼苗质量得分为目标函数,氮、磷、钾编码值为自变量的数学模型。结果表明,合理的氮磷钾配施可以显著提高韭菜幼苗质量,其中钾肥对幼苗质量的影响大于磷肥、氮肥,且磷肥和钾肥之间交互作用显著。同时,通过对模型解析,确定在本研究条件下韭菜幼苗质量综合得分超过90分的施肥方案,即N施用量为205.65~304.95 kg/hm2、P2O5为164.10~225.00 kg/hm2、K2O为228.45~328.50 kg/hm2时,才有望获得高质量韭菜幼苗。

위학정고질량구채유묘적시비방안,시험채용포화D-최우시험설계,연구담、린、갑대설시구채유묘질량적영향,병재차기출상,건립이구채유묘질량득분위목표함수,담、린、갑편마치위자변량적수학모형。결과표명,합리적담린갑배시가이현저제고구채유묘질량,기중갑비대유묘질량적영향대우린비、담비,차린비화갑비지간교호작용현저。동시,통과대모형해석,학정재본연구조건하구채유묘질량종합득분초과90분적시비방안,즉N시용량위205.65~304.95 kg/hm2、P2O5위164.10~225.00 kg/hm2、K2O위228.45~328.50 kg/hm2시,재유망획득고질량구채유묘。
In order to achieve fertilization scheme of Chinese chives seedling with high quality, the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on seedling was studied with design of saturated D-optimal regression. And the resulted obtained, a mathematical model was established, in which N and K applied were independent variables, integrated quality value of seedlings was dependent variables. The results showed that the seedling quality was significantly improved with reasonable usage and ratio of N, P and K. Meanwhile the effect of potassium was higher than phosphorus and nitrogen, the interaction of potassium and phosphorus was significant. When N was 205.65-304.95 kg/hm2, P2O5 was 164.10-225.00 kg/hm2, K2O was 228.45-328.50 kg/hm2 under this experimental condition, the fertilizer project with integrated quality value of seedlings over 90 was achieved.
