　　目的探讨临床路径在腭咽成形术患者中的应用效果。方法将80例需行腭咽成形术治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组40例。试验组采用临床路径进行护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用及患者满意度。结果试验组的住院时间和住院费用明显低于对照组，而患者满意度却明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论对腭咽成形术患者实施临床路径，可缩短患者的住院时间，减少住院费用，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적탐토림상로경재악인성형술환자중적응용효과。방법장80례수행악인성형술치료적조새성수면호흡잠정종합정환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，매조40례。시험조채용림상로경진행호리，대조조채용상규호리。비교량조환자적주원시간、주원비용급환자만의도。결과시험조적주원시간화주원비용명현저우대조조，이환자만의도각명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론대악인성형술환자실시림상로경，가축단환자적주원시간，감소주원비용，제고환자만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: to study the application effect of clinical pathway in palatine pharyngoplasty patients. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The clinical nursing path group and control group in the routine nursing. Compared between the two groups of hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and the degree of satisfaction. Results: The patients of the treatment group in Hospitalization time and hospitalization costs was significantly lower than the control group, and the degree of satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the palatine pharyngoplasty patients, the clinical pathway can shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, raise the degree of satisfaction of patients, it is worth of clinical application.
