阿维菌素是一种新型生物农药，由于其广谱、高效、无公害，目前被广泛应用。近年来，该药引起人体中毒病例屡见报道。阿维菌素中毒越来越引起人们的重视。本文通过检索相关文献，结合作者自身经验，对阿维菌素急性中毒机制、临床特点、救治方法进展作一综述，为临床有效救治提供一些理论参考。

Avermectin is a kind of new biological pesticide, due to its broad spectrum, high efficiency,no polution,it is currently widely used. In recent years, human body poisoning cases caused by this druge were reported repeatedly. Avermectin poisoning causes people's attention more and more. In this paper, through literature research, combined with the author's own experience, avermectin acute poisoning mechanism,clinical characteristics,treatment methods were summarized, to provide some theoretical reference for the clinical effective treatment.
