　　目的了解广西武宣县50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例疫情及其变化趋势，为有针对性地开展该人群的艾滋病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对该县1998～2012年50岁及以上所有HIV/AIDS病例的流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果该县2004年出现首例50岁及以上病例，截止2012年共报告133例，占总病例数的36.74%；2004年开始，病例数及所占比例呈逐年增加，年平均增长率为59.28%；病人平均年龄(63.35±9.42)岁，最大94岁；男性占74.44%；职业以农民、离退休人员所占比例较高；文化程度较低，初中及以下文化程度者占91.59%；所有病例均为异性性传播感染，传播途径以非婚异性性接触为主，占87.22%；55.64%的病例在报告时的疾病状态为AIDS病人。结论艾滋病对该县50岁及以上人群的影响日益严重，急需采取有针对性的措施降低艾滋病对农村老年人群的危害。

Objective The study was conducted to investigate the epidemiologic features of elderly people over the age of 50 years living with HIV/AIDS in Wuxuan County,in order to facilitate the development of HIV/AIDS incidence and risk action intervention plans in a targeted population in Wuxuan. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to make a statistical analysis for epidemic data of elderly people over the age of 50 years living with HIV/AIDS in Wuxuan County from 1998 to 2010. Results The first HIV/AIDS case of elderly people over the age of 50 years in Wuxuan County was found in 2004, by the end of 2012, 133 patients older than 50 years were found, accounted for 36.74% of the total HIV/AIDS cases of the county. The number of HIV/AIDS cases of elderly people over the age of 50 years and the proportion is increasing year after year from the beginning of 2004. The average annual growth rate is 59.28%. The average age of the patients is (63.35±9.42) years old, and the oldest case is 94 years old, and the female cases account for 74.44%. The proportion of the farmer and retirees cases of HIV/AIDS older than 50 years is higher than other older people. These cases have lower education experience, junior high school and below education accounted for 91.59%. Al HIV/AIDS cases were infected through heterosexual transmission, the main route of transmission is unmarried heterosexual sexual contact, account for 87.22%. The disease statuses of 55.64% cases were AIDS patients when they were reported. Conclusion The impact of the AIDS on the population of aged 50 and above in the county is becoming more and more serious, more targeted measures should be taken to reduce the dangers of the HIV/AIDS on the rural elderly population.
