目的探讨责任动脉悬吊法在显微血管减压术治疗颅神经血管压迫综合征中的应用。方法回顾在颅神经血管压迫综合征显微血管减压术中应用悬吊法19例资料,包括面肌痉挛13例,三叉神经痛6例。结果术后总有效率100%,治愈率94.7%(18/19),随防3-24个月,平均10.1个月,随访期间治愈率94.7%(18/19),无复发病例。术后并发症包括:无菌性脑膜炎1例,出院时治愈,轻度面瘫及听力下降1例,面部麻木1例,随访期间均自愈。结论在责任血管粗大、迂曲变长或穿支较多,难以常规减压的情况下,悬吊法的应用可提高手术有效率,降低手术并发症,是对传统显微血管减压术的有益补充和改良。
目的探討責任動脈懸弔法在顯微血管減壓術治療顱神經血管壓迫綜閤徵中的應用。方法迴顧在顱神經血管壓迫綜閤徵顯微血管減壓術中應用懸弔法19例資料,包括麵肌痙攣13例,三扠神經痛6例。結果術後總有效率100%,治愈率94.7%(18/19),隨防3-24箇月,平均10.1箇月,隨訪期間治愈率94.7%(18/19),無複髮病例。術後併髮癥包括:無菌性腦膜炎1例,齣院時治愈,輕度麵癱及聽力下降1例,麵部痳木1例,隨訪期間均自愈。結論在責任血管粗大、迂麯變長或穿支較多,難以常規減壓的情況下,懸弔法的應用可提高手術有效率,降低手術併髮癥,是對傳統顯微血管減壓術的有益補充和改良。

Objective To study the application of offending artery suspension method in microvascular decompression for the treatment of Cranial Neurovascular Depression Syndrome. Method The offending artery suspension method was used in microvaseular decompression to treat Cranial Neurovascular Depression Syndrome,including hemifacial spasm(13 cases), trigeminal neuralgia(6 cases). Results The postoperative total effective rate was 100%,the postoperative curative rate was 94.7%(18/19).Folow-up for 3-24 months, average 10.1 months. the final curative rate was 94.7%(18/19).There was no recurrent case.The postoperative complications included: 1 cases of aseptic meningitis, cured discharge, mild facial paralysis and hearing loss in 1 cases, 1 cases of facial numbness, during folow-up were self-healing.Conclusion When the offending artery is thick or tortuous and prolonged or perforator artery more, it is difficult for traditional microvascular decompression surgery. Application of suspension method can improve the operation efficiency, reduce operation complications, is a beneficial supplement and improvement to the traditional microvascular decompression surgery.
