　　目的观察“去菀陈莝”法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将100例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，分别对两组病人治疗第1天、第2天、第3天、第7天、第14天、第14天的中医证候评分、观察首次自主排便时间、腹痛腹胀消失时间、临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组比较，差异均有显著性意义(P ＜0.05)。结论“去菀陈莝”法治疗SAP临床疗效肯定。这无疑为中西医结合治疗重症胰腺炎提供了新的思路。
　　목적관찰“거완진좌”법치료중증급성이선염적료효。방법장100례중증급성이선염환자수궤분위치료조50례화대조조50례，분별대량조병인치료제1천、제2천、제3천、제7천、제14천、제14천적중의증후평분、관찰수차자주배편시간、복통복창소실시간、림상료효。결과치료조여대조조비교，차이균유현저성의의(P ＜0.05)。결론“거완진좌”법치료SAP림상료효긍정。저무의위중서의결합치료중증이선염제공료신적사로。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Removing Accumulation method treating severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 100 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and control group 50 cases, respectively in two groups of patients for first days, second days, third days, seventh days, fourteenth days, fourteenth days of TCM syndrome score, observed the first independent defecation time, abdominal pain and distension disappearing time, clinical efficacy. Results: the treatment group compared with the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Removing Accumulation method treating SAP is positive. This is the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine provides a new way for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
