对轧钢工序能耗的构成进行分析,指出轧钢系统的节能应以加热炉节能为重点。在分析蓄热式燃烧、涂料、热送热装、黑体强化辐射传热、钢铁企业煤气资源合理利用、变频调速技术的基础上,结合柳钢中板厂近年采取的节能措施和节能技术的应用情况,指出了今后柳钢中板厂的节能方向和对策,为其他轧钢企业节能降耗提供参考。
對軋鋼工序能耗的構成進行分析,指齣軋鋼繫統的節能應以加熱爐節能為重點。在分析蓄熱式燃燒、塗料、熱送熱裝、黑體彊化輻射傳熱、鋼鐵企業煤氣資源閤理利用、變頻調速技術的基礎上,結閤柳鋼中闆廠近年採取的節能措施和節能技術的應用情況,指齣瞭今後柳鋼中闆廠的節能方嚮和對策,為其他軋鋼企業節能降耗提供參攷。

The composition of the rolling system energy consumption was analyzed , and the importance of reheating furnace energy -saving was pointed out .On the base of the technology such as regenera-tive combustion, coating, hot delivery and hot charging , reinforced blackbody radiation , the reasona-ble utilizations of byproduct gas in the iron and steel making process and frequency conversion speed control , with the practice of recent energy -saving measures , application of energy -saving technology in Liuzhou iron and steel of plate plant , energy-saving direction and counter measures of rolling sys-tem in the future were pointed out , this will offer reference for energy -saving in other rolling enter-prise.
