　　目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）患者肾损害程度血清胱抑素 C（Cystatin C，Cys C）和超敏 C 反应蛋白（hsCRP）变化及意义。方法：将48例 AOPP 患者分为轻、中、重度 AOPP 组，60例健康对照组，分别检测各组血清胆碱酯酶（CHE），Cys C，血尿素氮（Bun），肌酐（SCr）， hsCRP。结果：轻度 AOPP 患者血 Cys C，hsCRP 水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；中、重度 AOPP 患者血 Cys C、hsCRP水平均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；结论：AOPP 患者的肾有不同程度受损，Cys C、hsCRP 可作为 AOPP 早期肾损伤诊断及治疗的敏感指标。
　　목적：탐토급성유궤린농약중독（AOPP）환자신손해정도혈청광억소 C（Cystatin C，Cys C）화초민 C 반응단백（hsCRP）변화급의의。방법：장48례 AOPP 환자분위경、중、중도 AOPP 조，60례건강대조조，분별검측각조혈청담감지매（CHE），Cys C，혈뇨소담（Bun），기항（SCr）， hsCRP。결과：경도 AOPP 환자혈 Cys C，hsCRP 수평고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；중、중도 AOPP 환자혈 Cys C、hsCRP수평균명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；결론：AOPP 환자적신유불동정도수손，Cys C、hsCRP 가작위 AOPP 조기신손상진단급치료적민감지표。
Objective:To study the changes and significance of serum cystatin C(Cystatin C,Cys C)and high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP) in renal impairment patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Method:48 cases of AOPP patients were divided into mild, medium,severe AOPP group,60 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group.Groups were detected in serum cholinesterase(CHE),Cys C, blood urea nitrogen(Bun),creatinine(SCr),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP).Result:Findings of mild AOPP patients blood Cys C,serum hsCRP level were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05);the levels of blood Cys C and hsCRP in moderate and severe patients with AOPP were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:There are different degree of renal impairment in patients with AOPP,Cys C and hsCRP can be used as a sensitive index of the diagnosis and treatment of AOPP in early renal injury.
