为了认识运输应激对山羊血液部分生化指标的影响,以便进一步认识运输应激对动物机体的影响。本试验采用酶联免疫吸附法研究山羊血液中应激敏感生化指标在运输前后的变化。结果表明:山羊血液中皮质醇、超氧化物歧化酶、还原型谷胱甘肽、铜蓝蛋白、结合珠蛋白、甲状腺素、肌酸激酶的含量均在运输后升高,免疫球蛋白G在运输后降低,其中还原型谷胱甘肽、铜蓝蛋白、免疫球蛋白G的含量在运输前后差异显著(P<0.05),结合珠蛋白的含量在运输前后差异极显著(P<0.01),运输前后皮质醇、超氧化物歧化酶、甲状腺素、肌酸激酶的含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。运输应激作用下结合珠蛋白、还原型谷胱甘肽、铜蓝蛋白含量的升高有利于提高机体的抗应激能力,免疫球蛋白G显著降低可导致机体的抗病力下降,这可能是引起动物运输后发病的主要原因,但是免疫球蛋白G显著降低的机制还需要进一步研究。
為瞭認識運輸應激對山羊血液部分生化指標的影響,以便進一步認識運輸應激對動物機體的影響。本試驗採用酶聯免疫吸附法研究山羊血液中應激敏感生化指標在運輸前後的變化。結果錶明:山羊血液中皮質醇、超氧化物歧化酶、還原型穀胱甘肽、銅藍蛋白、結閤珠蛋白、甲狀腺素、肌痠激酶的含量均在運輸後升高,免疫毬蛋白G在運輸後降低,其中還原型穀胱甘肽、銅藍蛋白、免疫毬蛋白G的含量在運輸前後差異顯著(P<0.05),結閤珠蛋白的含量在運輸前後差異極顯著(P<0.01),運輸前後皮質醇、超氧化物歧化酶、甲狀腺素、肌痠激酶的含量無顯著差異(P>0.05)。運輸應激作用下結閤珠蛋白、還原型穀胱甘肽、銅藍蛋白含量的升高有利于提高機體的抗應激能力,免疫毬蛋白G顯著降低可導緻機體的抗病力下降,這可能是引起動物運輸後髮病的主要原因,但是免疫毬蛋白G顯著降低的機製還需要進一步研究。

In order to recognize the affects of transportation stress on animal health, we analyzed goat blood biochemical indexes which may related to stress. Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA) was used to discuss the goat blood sample collected before- and after-transportation. The results showed that: the cortisol, super oxide dismutase, reduced glutathione, ceruloplasmin, haptoglobin, thyroxine and creatine kinase of goat blood increased, whereas immunoglobulin G decreased after transportation. But there were significant differences (P<0.05) in reduced glutathione, ceruloplasmin and immunoglobulin G and there was very significantly (P<0.01) in haptoglobin after transportation. While cortisol, super oxide dismutase, thyroxine and creatine kinase increased no significantly (P>0.05) after transportation. The increase of haptoglobin, reduced glutathione and ceruloplasmin benefited to improve the anti-stress ability of animals in transportation. The decrease of immunoglobulin G could be result in the decrease of anti-disease ability and it was the main reason caused disease after transportation. The mechanism of immunoglobulin G decreased after transportation need further study.
