旋流燃烧火焰中温度及烟黑颗粒浓度分布对于旋流燃烧机理及燃烧器设计具有重要意义,提出了一种新的离散重建模型,用于旋流火焰内温度及烟黑颗粒浓度的三维联合重建。该模型以CCD为测量传感器,通过构建辐射逆问题求解方程,从CCD输出的辐射投影图像重建温度分布。通过数值模拟讨论了测量噪声、烟黑颗粒浓度对重建精度的影响,结果表明即使在有噪声的情况下,该模型也能获得准确的测量结果。文中实验测量了450 kg/h重油旋流火焰内温度及烟黑颗粒体积浓度分布,温度测量结果与热电偶的差异在50℃以内。

The distribution of temperature and soot volume fraction for swirling flame is very important for turbulent mechanism research and swirl burner design. Based on flame radiation inversion analysis, this paper proposed a 3-D temperature and soot volume fraction reconstruction model by using the CCD flame image detector. The performance of the proposed method was examined by a numerical simulation. The effects of noise and radiative properties on the reconstruction accuracy were discussed. The temperature and soot volume fraction for 450kg/h heavy oil fueled flame were measured. The results show that the proposed method was capable of reproducing the temperature and soot volume fraction for flame, even with noisy data. The difference of the temperature measurement with thermocouple was less than 50 ℃.
