　　目前，我国正处于社会经济体制转型时期，原来的利益格局被打破和再划分，医疗领域中的医患关系也随之发生了较大幅度的改变，造成了医患关系紧张的态势，正常的医疗行为受到干扰，医患矛盾的原因错综复杂，一直以来存在的医患矛盾在今后也必将长期的存在下去，为了缓和矛盾必须做出最大的努力，作为医疗服务提供方也必须提高思想认识，积极客观的面对。

The benefits pattern is broken at present because our country' economy system is in the period of transforming. And the relationship of the doctors and patients also changed. The result is that the doctor-patient relationship becomes nervous and the normal medical service is disturbed. It is really complicated and needs a long time to solve this problem. What we can do is that we must do our best to assuage it. As doctors, we must open up our mind and face it with an active attitude.
